About Order Confirmation


● Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email.

● If you do not receive this email, please check your junk or spam folder first. If you still cannot locate the email, kindly reach out to us using the, Contact Form. We will be happy to assist you.


Payment Methods


Credit Card Payment: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club
Digital Payments: Apple Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay are available via the buttons displayed on the checkout screen.
Cash on Delivery: Available in Japan only, with no additional handling fees.

 

About Delivery


Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). Some items may require additional time.  All products are made in Japan and shipped directly from our warehouse.


● Items will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, poste restante, or addresses where the recipient cannot be identified.


If you fail to receive the package within the designated holding period set by the courier, it will be returned to the sender in Japan. In such cases, the return shipping cost and any duties or taxes incurred during the return process will be your responsibility. We will refund the product price, but these costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

In case the package is seized/abondoned due to certain circumstances and we are not able to retrieve it, you may not be refunded for your purchase. The following circumstances include, but are not limited to:
  - If the shipment is seized and cannot be recovered because you did not supply the necessary customs documents upon request and within a reasonable timeframe.
  - If the shipment is seized and cannot be recovered because you declined to pay the applicable import duties and taxes.
  - If the shipment is seized and cannot be recovered because attempts to deliver were unsuccessful and you were unreachable.

To avoid this, please ensure your delivery details are accurate and make arrangements to receive the package on time. If you anticipate any issues with receiving your delivery, we kindly ask that you coordinate directly with the delivery service or make the necessary arrangements to avoid inconvenience.


● Orders within Japan are shipped via Sagawa Express, and international orders via DHL.


● Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery companies.


●To maintain the quality of our products during transit, items will be carefully folded for shipping. Please note that this process may cause some creasing, and we appreciate your kind understanding.


 

About Shipping Charges


We offer free worldwide shipping. However, delivery may not be available to certain countries or regions due to global conditions and logistical challenges.


Customs duties are included in the price for international orders. However, additional taxes may apply at the destination and will be the customer’s responsibility. As these requirements vary by country or state, we kindly recommend checking with your local authorities beforehand.
